Searious Business vacancy:
Marketing Communication Allrounder
Are you enthusiastic about revolutionizing the way large companies think and use plastic? Are you ready to help brand owners close their ‘plastic tap’? Then here’s the way to connect purpose to your daily work, and extend your personal development and impact. Searious Business is looking for a Marketing Communication Allrounder, available for 32h/week.
The opportunity
We are looking for a creative, committed member of our team to start in January 2020. This vacancy is a unique opportunity to be part of Searious Business, a social enterprise committed to prevent plastics from entering our environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved across a wide range of activities – supporting projects, contributing to business development, and helping us to improve our business.
Who are we?
We are a start-up with a small team, but work with some of the world’s biggest brands to help them improve their sustainable use of plastic. We work on a large range of services, from sustainability consulting to product development. Ultimately, we seek to make the biggest impact in sustainability while at the same time helping businesses grow.
We work at the forefront of circular economy. And we are considered as such. This means we operate as gamechangers in a B2B setting, and run innovation projects for some of the major brands, to make a difference in the world of plastics.
Who are you?
You’d describe yourself as pro-active, seeking solutions and opportunities in even the most difficult situations. You are good at working in a team, and enjoy being part of multiple varying projects at one time. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, start-up type environment. You’d describe yourself as creative, committed and confident, and are genuinely interested in business innovation and sustainability.
